1. Products and Pricing

At Llámate Creativa, the products offered on our website are digital products, including personalized files and instant download files. Each product includes its own description and price, displayed in US dollars.

2. Payments and Availability

We accept secure international payments via PayPal and via international credit and debit cards through Izipay. There are no geographic restrictions for accessing the digital products in our store.

3. Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of the products offered, no refunds or cancellations are made once the purchase is completed.

As an exception, if the delivered file has an error attributable to Llámate Creativa (corrupted file, file that does not correspond to the purchased product, or design that does not match what was shown in the store), a corrected file will be provided at no additional cost. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

4. Corrections for Personalized Files

Personalized files may only be corrected within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, no claims or modifications will be accepted.

Corrections apply only in the following cases:

  • The error is attributable to Llámate Creativa (see section 3).
  • The customer made a minor error in the information submitted (for example, a misspelled name or incorrect date).

Corrections and refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • The customer wishes to change substantial design elements (theme, colors, general text, or other elements that would require redoing the file).
  • The customer provided generally incorrect information at the time of purchase.

Instant download files do not admit modifications of any kind, as the design is standard and visible before purchase.

5. Product Delivery

  • Instant download files will be available immediately after payment confirmation, which will be notified by email and also accessible from the Llámate Creativa account created automatically at the time of purchase. Access to the files does not expire.
  • For personalized files, delivery will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours and confirmed by email.

The acquisition process begins with payment and ends at the moment of download or file delivery.
