After completing the purchase, you will receive a download link via email in case of custom files. In the case of immediate download files, you can access your purchases directly from your account on our website.

For personalized files the delivery time is a maximum of 24 hours. For immediate download files the download is available immediately after purchase. If you have problems accessing the files, contact us through our chat or email.

Our digital designs are available in PDF format.

Some of our products allow customization. Please see the description of each item for customization options available.

For immediate download files you will only have the opportunity to download it once in an indefinite period of time.

For personalized files, these will be sent by email once you indicate your approval.
